Ticket not show UP!

Hello

 

i dont see any ticket on ticket pages but it says

Active Support Tickets: 7

and when i see ticket import log i can see

 

01/08/2007 20:49 [email]xxxxx@xxxx.com[/email] Subject Ticket From: Client Name «xxxx@xxxx.com» Ticket Imported Successfully 

 

any clue?[/code]
