Where did the support team go?

So I decided to update the tickets and ask why it's taken so long and they responded to both of them in less then 5 minutes with the answers without any explanation why they sat there for a week without any responses.

 

That's even more annoying, it's obvious they aren't going from oldest to newest. I guess I'll just bump future tickets to ask the status more often, maybe I'll get faster answers. :|

Wow, what a joke. They tell us not to bump tickets but ignore our tickets that have been open for weeks or months and reply to bumped tickets?

 

Yeah, that annoyed me. They knew about the bug even, as they provided the code fix within 5 minutes.
