optize Posted August 7, 2012 Author Share Posted August 7, 2012 So I decided to update the tickets and ask why it's taken so long and they responded to both of them in less then 5 minutes with the answers without any explanation why they sat there for a week without any responses. That's even more annoying, it's obvious they aren't going from oldest to newest.
