silicondesigns Posted August 1, 2007 Share Posted August 1, 2007 Scenario: Customer A only has one person in his company and therefore only ever contacts us using one email address. Customer B has several (say between 2-5) people in his company each with their own email address each wanting to raise support tickets with us for the one main customer account. Question: Can WHMCS accommodate multiple email addresses being assigned to one customer account therefore allowing different people to register support requests but all associated with one customer account. I have set-up a custom field for a 2nd email account but not sure whether this is in some way associated with the customer account.
