How to limit access to only certain clients

How can I limit support staff from viewing any information concerning certain clients?

 

For example, I have an internal account I don't want anyone else touching. I want support to be able to view other clients' without a problem, but not this specific internal account.

I would love this feature too - it doesn't make any sense that a support operator who is in charge of certain accounts - would see all client support tickets.

 

Time for a feature request I guess !
