How to limit the amount of email/mysql creations and domains?

Hello i am new to WHMCS and i can not find some features...

 

I have bought it, installed, etc, added basic hosting packages, but now i am wondering, where can i set the amount of the Email accounts/mysql accounts that the client can create? Could someone help?

 

The second question is, how do i remove the domain registration option&transfer domain option? I only want to have "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" option.

To limit the email accounts you would set that in whm packages, then copy accross to module settings

 

to remove the domain reg options thats on general settings> Domains top 3 choices

One more thing. Always when i bought hosting you had to tick the " I agree to the terms of service,blabla..."

How can i enable it on my whmcs?
