One more thing. Always when i bought hosting you had to tick the " I agree to the terms of service,blabla..." How can i enable it on my whmcs?

Hello i am new to WHMCS and i can not find some features... I have bought it, installed, etc, added basic hosting packages, but now i am wondering, where can i set the amount of the Email accounts/mysql accounts that the client can create? Could someone help? The second question is, how do i remove the domain registration option&transfer domain option? I only want to have "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" option. If anyone could help, i would really be thankfull ;d
