SilverNodashi
Hi guys, Can any of you, who have used the Configurable Package Addon please tell me the following, since there's no refund or proper documentation on this Addon: If I have a package with say 1GB space & 1GB bandwidth, and a client decides to purchase 5GB bandwidth, does it: 1) Create a new package in WHM with these limits? i.e. if the standard package with 1GB space + bandwidth is called "standard hosting" for example, does it create a new package in WHM, called "whatever", or does it use "standard hosting" (i.e. WHM > Packages) and just amend the bandwidth for this client 2) Will it bill the client on over-usage, if he goes over the 5GB, or over the 1GB? 3) When a client downgrades, does he get pro-rates credit? tia
sparky
Yes to all... it used to create a custom package in whm in earlier versions but now it keeps the same package and simply alters the space and bandwidth etc for that account.

SilverNodashi
Is anyone using it with a slider? Would you mind showing me a "live" order form with it?
stephenb
The info page for this addon says 'Plesk Support Coming Soon…'. Anyone have any idea when 'soon' might be? Has this message been on the page for long? It sounds like the sort of tool I'm looking for right now. But need to try and establish if I should wait or find an alternative.
