Mycah
So i was testing out my install, and signed up for a test account and marked the invoice as paid (not gonna spend my money for testing) but the e-mail to welcome me to Cpanel doesn't get sent. It made the account in Cpanel when I clicked "Create account" for cpanel in WHMCS. Now, I'm just wondering, is it not sending the e-mail because I marked the invoice as paid myself? Will it send the e-mail when they pay the invoice? Oh, and the package is set up for "create account when first payment is received." Thanks in advance for the help
joe123
when you click "Accept order" , don't forget to check "create account" and "send email" as well.
Mycah
So thats why it didn't send the email? Will it send it once they pay the invoice themselves?
Jordan
There is an option in the configuration that can create accounts based on signing up, having a payment go through, or manually accepting the order. http://v3manual.whmcs.com/ - Check there to look through configurations.
