  1. Server Command Error Socket Connection Failed (Connection timed out) I am receiving this error when I attempt to make an account manually. I've checked the IP of my server and it should be correct, as well as my login details. Why is this?
  2. When someone signs up for just an account on the system its creating several different accounts. Why is this
  3. ehhh.. now someone is saying it didnt do that..
  4. Oh, and it is creating the accounts and sending the confirmation e-mails. I can see them in the control panel. But it still says that the e-mail is being use. But its still saying the e-mail is in use and it seems like its making 2.
  5. Hello, Users aren't able to register on my site. When they try to register it gives them the error that an e-mail is already registered in that e-mail. But they aren't. I don't know if this is doing it for hosting accounts, but its doing that for member accounts.
  6. Hello, Is it possible to add a bonus ammount to certain affiliates? This is what im trying to do: For those that pay annually for me, I am offering a free $20 extra bonus to their affiliate program. Is that possible (I'll be doing it manually).
  7. Yes I have it set up to make it after the first payment, i just want to know if it will send the e-mail once they pay it.
  8. So thats why it didn't send the email? Will it send it once they pay the invoice themselves?
  9. So i was testing out my install, and signed up for a test account and marked the invoice as paid (not gonna spend my money for testing) but the e-mail to welcome me to Cpanel doesn't get sent. It made the account in Cpanel when I clicked "Create account" for cpanel in WHMCS. Now, I'm just wondering, is it not sending the e-mail because I marked the invoice as paid myself? Will it send the e-mail when they pay the invoice? Oh, and the package is set up for "create account when first payment is received." Thanks in advance for the help
