gbrennae
You should make a backup of your existing installation first. Then extract WHMCS 5.1.2 into a folder on your computer. copy all the files in that folder using FTP into the root of your WHMCS installation. You will likely be prompted to overwrite files, select yes for all. As part of the files you uploaded will be a new install folder. Go to your WHMCS installation and run the upgrade script. When that completes you will be told to delete the install folder again. You should now be up to date.
