invictus Posted July 19, 2012 Share Posted July 19, 2012 (edited) In WHMCS version 5.0 we used some 100% discount coupon codes/promotions to give customers free services in some special instances. They worked great. In 5.1.2 they no longer work. The coupon code is accepted and the cart appears to give a 100% discount so the balance due is $0.00 - so far so good, but then there are problems on checkout. Depending on the template we use, they give different results. In the "default" template, the final checkout step produces a 404 error and the order is not completed. The account is still created, but the payment status is unpaid. In the "portal" template, the final checkout step redirects to the payment gateway and asks for 100% payment, even though the balance due was $0.00 Edited July 19, 2012 by invictus 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
