Have to enable Income Forcast and Income Overview for homepage to work

If you don't have "Income Forcast" and "Income Overview" enabled for the Admin role homescreen, you get a homepage that shows the spinning progress wheel for those sections, then the other widgets in on column on the left and not working completely...like you can't collapse them.

 

Once those two widgets are enabled, the page works fine.

I'm experiencing this as well. I am often with clients when I need to login to look something up for them. I don't want them to see this income information so I have created a special user to use when with clients and have setup a role which doesn't show the income forecast and overview but now I get spinning wheels instead of those areas just not being there.

 

Help, please?
