ticketing issue after updating to v5.1.2

Hi,

Yesterday i updated my whmcs to latest 5.1.2.

 

Now when ever i try to reply a ticket by clicking add response i get blank page. i tried to refresh but its the same bank page. only way is to go page back. but by then i see 4 replies on my same msg on ticket, i tried to reload the page 4 times thats why i guess.

 

i see the reply i made on the ticket by its not sending the msg email from the system to the client.

 

i check the blank page error by enabling display error on blank page from whmcs. If at any time you encounter a blank page in the WHMCS system ensure display_errors is enabled in the server's PHP configuration and enable the Setup > General Settings > Other tab > Display Errors option, then reproduce the blank page problem.

You should now see an error output to the screen.

 

I get this error on blank page when i try to reply a ticket:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ticketsummary() in /home/xxxxusername/public_html/client/includes/ticketfunctions.php on line 0

 

please help.

 

today i got an error email from my corn job report: Subject: Cron Daemon

also is there any way i can downgrade to previous version on whmcs?? please advise
