sktanmoy
I today upgraded my WHMCS from 5.0.3 to 5.1.2. And now cannot access Payment Gateway config page. While I'm trying to access mydomian.com/billing/admin/configgateways.php, a empty page only with the text Module Not Activated is being displayed. But customer can access everything without having any issue. I want your suggestion.

webhostinpk
i have open thicket whmcs about payment gateway got that reply Hello Imran, Blank pages can be caused by errors in your customisations to modules or templates, missing files or if your server doesn't meet the minimum requirements for WHMCS. To see exactly what the issue is, you need to ensure display_errors are set to On in your servers php.ini file and the error_reporting level set to 6143. Then add the line to your WHMCS configuration.php file and revisit the page: $display_errors=true; An error message occurring will be shown if it's a PHP error. Once finished testing, remove the line again from the WHMCS config file. If you have any other questions or continue to have trouble, please let us know and we will be happy to further assist you.

webcrafter
My issue was also fixed after applying this patch. Thanks Well, I am getting lazy in my older age, perhaps this is why it happened, but with Softaculous having WHMCS in their package I decided to go that route and ended up with the page that simply said module not activated when attempting to get to the payment module section. I renamed the paypal.php file in the installed modules directory and changed it with the zipped file from above and I at least have access to the module area, haven't tested to see if paypal express works, I wonder if they updated the file from WHMCS and it hasn't migrated over to softaculous yet?
