CavalloComm
I moved my install to Plesk 10.4, 2008R2 - and set the proper modify permissions on my attachments directory, and even though the attachment looks like it was uploaded in the ticket, and the file name is there, I get an error message, and when looking in the attachments directory its not there at all. I made no changes to any settings.. could it be the result of any recent patches?
CavalloComm
OK - I see something new here on this. Project Management attachments work fine - but ticket ones don't upload, permissions are fine, etc etc... but i do see a URL issue perhaps? D:\PLESK\VHOSTS\XXXX\XXXX\portal/attachments/177497_fedex.pdf (User ID: 1 - Subject: [Ticket ID: 639879] TEST) See how the slash changes? This just started after a server move - could it be a PHP issue?
CavalloComm
So I reloaded my server, correct permissions, and the following still exists: 1. Cannot delete anything uploaded to the projects folder. 2. Same as above - attachments do not save. So - it CANNOT be permissions if I can UPLOAD to projects, which is a subdirectory of attachments.

CavalloComm
Issue Resolved. Silly - PLESK issue! In the new version of PLESK - the restrict open_basedir in the panel in PHP, and NONE doesn't work. Therefore, you now need to add THIS: {WEBSPACEROOT}:/tmp/ As a custom value for this line in the panel.
CavalloComm
Just another update: Forget the last post. Leave it at DEFAULT value, and in the additional directives, just add the line: open_basedir = This applies to PLESK 10.4.4 for WINDOWS
