Email Forward Piping creates new blank ticket every time it runs

Hello,

 

I'm using the email forward piping to allow tickets to be created by email. This cron job runs every 30 minutes:

php -q /home/hws/public_html/cs/pipe/pipe.php

 

Evey thirty minutes a new ticket is created for on registered client, however this person did not email in a ticket. Also, it always comes in as blank. Now I'm getting this email over and over again and more and more blank tickets are being created.

 

Any idea how to stop this and correct it? Do you need to see any more information from me? Please help.
