Being from Libya I'm in need of my own Domain registrar .LY Tld and .LY cctld [.com.ly .net.ly etc] the registry authority is http://www.nic.ly. The Whois is whois.nic.ly There is no API available we only have a login manual registration online. Can you give me reasonable quote on how much it will cost to add it into our system as a separate product and service which could be sold with hosting and without hosting.
