About Hipay

Hipay is a secure, multi language, electronic wallet which can be used to do online payments. The merchant receives his payments in real time.

Opening and managing a Hipay account is free. The transaction fees are one of the lowest on the market (25 euro cents + 2 to 5%). You can always (min. 10 euro) transfer money from your Hipay account to your bank account. The processing time is about 3-7 days.

When receiving a CBFA license in December 2008, Hipay became the first Belgian instance for electronic money. HPME, the main company behind Hipay, has now an European passport to deliver its services to the whole of Europe.
