HSc
I have a customer using .on.ca domain. CIRA phased out the provincial domains but existing customers could continue to use them. I try to transfer the domain name and I get errors that it's not a proper domain name. Is this a flaw of WHMCS or is it CIRA? All my regular .CA domains transfer just fine. Thanks, HSc
kahless2k
We have several clients using provincial domains and have to deal with them all manually using CADNS (at full price..). Problem seems to be that most registrars don't support them. We have been unable to find a registrar that supports them AND works with whmcs. Please post if you find a solution. HSc
We were trying to transfer domain away from Tucows/OpenSRS and to Enom via WHMCS but it failed. Even tried manual transfer at Enom's site. Finally spoke with Enom tech support and they do NOT support the obsolete Canadian Provincial domains. So customer will just remain with Tucows and renew there.
