One wish came true...

I have been with WHMCS for over a year now and with a assistant like Matt there is always advantages even though there are some disadvantages.

When I first came into the Internet business society I looked at the cheapest billing system a friend had reffered me to... ClientExec.

Not in any rude way but it was absolutely crap there. Their support area would reply to you ticket after around 10+ hours. You cannot have your cpanel account automatically created.

When my friend then reffered me to WHMCS, I was amazed at its features, before I bought it I actually didnt bother looking for its features I just went straight for it because I knew from that first moment I entered the website, this is the right one for me. My first step of success.

But the question is...Which of my wishes came true?

I always wanted things to be more easier, in life the most easiest thing could ever be is having WHMCS create web hosting account immediately and so I had more spare time, I did not need to always be on to create web hosting accounts manually from my Web Host Manager.

So who actually agree's with me then?

I hope WHMCS did help you too, many people say Modern Bill is better, I say No, when I saw their price, I thought no way, I was a client of a modern bill system user at a server company and it was dam hard to figure out how to navigate, things wer'nt so easy, I thought it will take hours to learn how to navigate round here, so I thought best thing to do is learn how to pay invoices every month and submit tickets for help, I learnt nothing more and exploring Modern Bill systems was like your inside a server working on the codes, if you click on the wrong button the whole systems corrupted. I thought No...Let me stay the way I am.

Oright, thats it for now then...Have a nice time everyone, and Matt!

I agree and disagree.

Both systems have around the same level of support / updates and both create accounts automatically.

At the end, I think clientexec is a lighter product, but I must say, it's not by much.

I would use clientexec for 5,000 clients or less, but after you get more, it's going to become hard.

WHMCS has features to handle more than that, and less.
