Maintenance Mode Invoices

Hi,

 

I have my WHMCS in maintenance mode and I have noticed that it is not issuing invoices. Is that usual? I'm happy to do them manually but just want to check first that this is why they aren't being sent (because I'm in Maintenance Mode).
