I how ever still see that my WHMCS calculated a domain bill in addition to the hosting instead of the domain name renewing for free. There are three options in the domain renewal configuration. Which one exactly enables me have free domain for the life time of the product. 1 - Offer a free domain registration/transfer only (renew as normal) 2 - Offer a free domain registration/transfer and free renewal (if product is renewed) Is it not option 2? You must also select the package(s) it relates to, (ctrl + click to select muliple/or click on one scroll then hold shift and click on the last one you want to select in a block) Select the payment terms it is relative to (same as above) If you do not do the last two steps then it will not work, Also note that this wont affect active products, you would need to manage them individually 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
