methecooldude
Woops didn't see this part of the forum, ahwell heres my post Hi peeps im a bit noobish to WHMCS but im getting my head round it ^^ anyway, I have set up in WHM 3 packages in which people can choose which package they go for but... When it comes to accepting the order in WHMCS it says "Server Command Error Account Creation Failed: You do not have permission to use Selected Package" The log-in is correct on WHMCS (server options) and I have made sure the packages are the same between the systems (all have the same settings) The names are also correct. So whats going on Thanks in advance

methecooldude
Thanks Matt, but the packages haven't got spaces or anything, although they have got a capital letter in them. Is that what's causing the problem? Edit: Wooo the capital letter was what was doing it. Thank for you help Matt

innovaciones
Thanks Matt, but the packages haven't got spaces or anything, although they have got a capital letter in them. Is that what's causing the problem? Edit: Wooo the capital letter was what was doing it. Thank for you help Matt Yes, i have the same problem, in WHM i have all my packages with the first letter in capital, i just needed to do packages with lower cases all the letters for example: if my package was "username_Host1" in WHM then i have to change that to "username_host1" this will work just fine, remember to put in WHMCS "username_host1" too.
