The problem is that you need to have the right currency code inside WHMCS, go to Configuration / General Settings / Localisation / Currency and change it. For example in Mexico the currency code is MXN, if you dont know the currency code of your country checkout wikipedia.org

Yes, i have the same problem, in WHM i have all my packages with the first letter in capital, i just needed to do packages with lower cases all the letters for example: if my package was "username_Host1" in WHM then i have to change that to "username_host1" this will work just fine, remember to put in WHMCS "username_host1" too.
