smorkin Posted May 28, 2012 Share Posted May 28, 2012 Hello, I am running fcgi (fastcgi) and suEXEC. and believe I need to make a edit to my php.ini or .htaccess? On checkout if the "Tick to send PDF versions of invoices along with invoice emails" is checked yes, then I get error: TCPDF ERROR: [image] Unable to get image: /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxx/images/placeholder.png (xxxxxx are their to protect my directories names) Please help. I have no image of that name in that path folder, so a bit stumped From what I can Google and there isn't anything much on it except a PDF generation error, that can be corrected with a edit to .htaccess or php.ini file.
