WHMCS provides only loginshare.php file, without any other file such as submitticket.php, announcement.php, etc. If still using files from kayako3, it shows Kayako3 screen, and continuing submitting ticket to old helpdesk. If deleting all files from kayako3, WHMCS automatically takes it built-in helpdesk, even I chose Kayako in support tab. Please suggest. ganesh.rao Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 There is no readily available integration between WHMCS 5 and Kayako 4 (both companies have gone butt lazy ) We use this: http://forge.kayako.com/projects/aiso-whmcs-integration It works fantastically. It makes the end-user experience seamless and does not expose Kayako helpdesk in anyway. It costs about $200 one-time, a tad bit expensive for a module.
