.ca Registration Error

Since our upgrade to 5.03 we are getting this error for .ca registration for Reseller Club registry:

Error: {state=Invalid state for country code CA}

 

Have registered previously for this client using RClub. I have doubled check the state and address for the client and all looks good. Still I cant tell why i am getting this error.

 

Can we view or how can we view the API call made to ResellerCliub ?
