upgrade -- CONFIGURATION/general config links un-clickable

The upgrade installation went fine.

 

When i go to configuration and then general configuration , the tabs such as

General, Localisation, Order Form, Domains Mail, Support Tickets, Invoices, Affiliates ,Other

 

all of the TABS have become UN-clickable

 

The issue persists in "manage products and services"

 

My hosting packages tabs also dont work aka " UN-clickable"

For the upgrade do i need to Rename the file configuration.php.new to configuration.php?

 

Or do i have to do any CHMOD stuff?

for an upgrade you just need to upload all files and then run the install/upgrade file

For the upgrade, copy the existing configuration.php into the new extraction where configuration.php.new is located.

Not necessary, just upload all the files and the old configuration.php file won't be overwritten as tere isn't one in the new download package.

That works if one is using an FTP client.

 

I do a 'move folder' from cpanel after extracting on the server. I have to copy the config file into the new extraction.
