How can WHMCS answer the client question - which server is my site on?

This feature might already exist and I just haven't found it yet.

I notice that when a hosting client of ours is logged-in the client area of WHMCS, they can choose 'Network Status' from the Support menu. This then lists out the status of all our WHM servers.

But how do they know which one(s) they should care about? What in WHMCS associates their hosting account with one or more servers, so that they know which servers they need to care about being up or down?

Thanks,

Ross.

I remember a thread here in WHMCS forums that did active searches of the server name. I know we had installed a patch like that about 2 years ago, but never continued to re-install after each upgrade.

Certainly, this would be a nice feature to have right out of the box, but I know there's a few hacks/mods for this here in the forums.
