Hal9000 Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 I had a couple of customers report that when they try to pay an invoice with credit card via 2checkout, it happens that their customer details do not appear in the 2checkout cart (e.g. the fields remain empty). I personally was not able to reproduce the problem, it just seems to happen from time to time. This Happened with the latest 4.x version as well as with the current 5.0.3 version of WHMCS. Currently name and address information is passed over to all payment gateways that support it as part of the payment request links from WHMCS to avoid any double entry where possible.
