Fix tickbox to act as required in custom fields

Currently the tickbox is not set up in custom fields to be regulated as required field, so wether the client clicks on it or not is a moot point. It is not coded properly to check for ischecked or not.

 

Please fix that in your next version so this option actually has a purpose and not just useless eye candy that does nothing.
