  1. 1. Which domain reseller do you use or plan to use?

    • Directi.com / ResellerClub.com
    • Enom.com
    • Registerfly.com
    • None. I do it manually.

I'm thinking of offering domain names so I don't have to manually reg them for clients, but want to go with the best domain reseller that WHMCS integrates with. I'm not looking to make a huge profit by offering domain names, but I want to make it easy for a potential (or current) client to do it all at once.

So, if you are using one of the domain resellers integrated with WHMCS, please reply with who you chose and the pros and cons of why you chose them.

Common questions:

Is the reseller's control panel easy to use and manage?

How is the pricing structure?

Was there a set up fee to become a reseller?

What is the minimum amount of funds you need to open the account with?

Can the reseller interface be branded to your company name and/or logo?

Anything else you like or dislike would be very helpful.

Be sure to vote!

Thanks guys!

I use eNom, but it's the only one I've used so I can't really say anything about the others...

Yes

How is the pricing structure?

I pay $7.95 per .com/net/org/us

Was there a set up fee to become a reseller?

Not in my case because I am a sub-reseller of a reseller

What is the minimum amount of funds you need to open the account with?

If doing it by CC, $100, if by check, there is no minimum.

Can the reseller interface be branded to your company name and/or logo?

No need to, the customer never sees their interface, it's all done via WHMCS, which is branded to my company.

Anything else you like or dislike would be very helpful.

I've not had any issues with them since I signed up about 8 months ago...

Everything Chris said above applies to me as well.

In the past I was doing it manually via Wild West Domains (same as Go-Daddy). My domains were $7.00 for most there BUT I had to purchase a $200 annual Pro account from them :( . Also they don't interface with anything except themselves.

Hey,

I do all my domain manuals, but have a discount with 1and1 so I get domains for around $4 per (reg. price $6) but then again I got hundreds of domains with them.

Why?

Fruad, I don't like auto sign up on domains. If they are fruad it takes around one month to get my money back (credit card)...

From,

Adam
