tkalfaoglu
A customer emailed me with 10 domains he wanted to register.. So I clicked New Order from the client summary page and entered the domains (the new + add another domain feature is great).. Once done, I clicked on the invoice and did an "attempt capture CC", which worked.. However, none of the domains are auto-registered.. I had to go into each one and register them manually.. (Select registrar for .com , then click REGISTER module command).. Isn't there a more automated way? Thanks, -t
majdi
is the "Auto Registration" parameter under "domain pricing" set to your registrar ?
tkalfaoglu
is the "Auto Registration" parameter under "domain pricing" set to your registrar ? Yes it is.. This order was a mix of domains, .com, net, org, even .eu, and they are all set for auto registration to opensrs.. -turgut
tkalfaoglu
One more interesting thing: The domains, even though the CC was captured and invoice marked as PAID, they still showed with Registrar: NONE in the domains menu. I had to pull down and select the correct registrar, save, before I can use the module commands to manually register that domain. So why is the behavior different for manually-entered orders? The automated allocation (registration and hosting creation) works fine for orders that the customer enters him/herself..
