Bandwidth Billing & Port Limiting

Hello,

 

I'm looking for someone to edit the current Noc-Ps dedicated server provisioning module to include bandwidth billing.

The module itself supports SNMP graphs just not actual billing/overage.

 

So basically what I'm trying to achieve here is port limiting when bandwidth cap is reached.

 

I.e I set bandwidth limit of 10TB, and once they reach that limit port speed is reduced to lets say 10Mbit from the original Gbit.

Then a client can buy more traffic via upgrade in WHMCS and then the port speed is automatically returned to Gbit.

 

Also I'd like to implement IPMI KVM right into WHMCS.
