websavers Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 When selecting a predefined reply from within iWHMCS, the template loads, but it apparently is never processed for merge field replacement. As a result, my merge field [FIRSTNAME] appears as "[FIRSTNAME]" in the email sent to the client and looks unprofessional. Expected behaviour: the merge fields are replaced by their associated value. Note: i do not experience this behaviour when sending the same predefined reply with the [FIRSTNAME] merge field through normal WHMCS. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
