generic Posted July 19, 2007 Share Posted July 19, 2007 anyone else having trouble with support tickets arriving closed. I have had 3 in the last 2 weeks. I got lucky both times. I get the emails about the new tickets, but then i check and they are not in the active tickets, rather they are in my closed list. When i got the first one i thought the client closed it, but now 2 more like this and its definitely my problem, anyone ?
