maknet
I'm not sure if I'm going crazy, or if this has something to do with the v5 upgrade but.. When a client hasn't paid, and it is "suspended", it just e-mails me a report saying: "Manual Suspend Required: XXX - Website Hosting - XXX.com (Service ID: 218 - User ID: 118 - Error: No Module)" However I recall the system used to automatically e-mail the client, but I can't find any setting in Settings -> Automation or under the Clients. When I edit the product/service -> Module Settings, it is set to "None". Does anyone have any ideas if this is a bug, a mis-configuration or a hallucination? Thanks, Edited April 6, 2012 by maknet
othellotech
The clue is ... >Error: No Module The product they're assigned to has no "module" (as you've seen) so the system cant automate it - just pick the right one, save, and cron will sort it all out in the morning for you

You'll probably have to click the suspend button on the product/service page after you've updated the module to the correct one.
maknet
1) It is true, i don't have any actual _module_.. (what does autorelease do?). So is this error message just saying that i need to "manually disable their website"? 2) The other issue mentioned is the "suspension notices". It doesn't seem to send them out anymore after the upgrade. Anyone else encounter this problem? Thanks for the help!
othellotech
So is this error message just saying that i need to "manually disable their website"? Yes, it's saying it couldnt be automated, so you have to do it manually.
maknet
For the "notice-dates", if it's set for like 31 days, do you know if that's the only day it sends it? Like, if you make a new invoice that's back-dated 2 months, it won't send an e-mail right?
