Well actually they are being able to place order but they are not being able to pay for it on checkout. Matt has php errors supressed by default and thats why you see a blank page instead of php errors. Im betting you have a template error somewhere. side note: uh, did you steal that image that is on your home page from wirenine.com? Sure looks like it.
