Domain Name In Domain Registrations But Not Being Processed By eNom

Hiya

I've hit a brick wall on this one and wonder whether anyone can help.

I am using WHMCS processing via 2CheckOut to register domains through eNom.

The customer goes through the domain purchase process and even gets a success message and so do i via email and their domain is listed in the WHMCS.

But the ordered for domains don't get registered by eNom all the time so I have some domains listed which have been registered successfully and others that haven't been registered by eNom even though they show in the domain's list within WHMCS

The usernames and passwords are all correct and that's why it works some times but not others.

Has anyone experienced this or know to help give me any pointers?

Thanks in advance :)

thank you very much for the all the pointers :)

I am new to this and only just realised how to even look at the logs. yes there were some errors in there which showed there were no sufficient funds in my enom account to process the domain registration request.

The thing is I thought that by adding my credit card to my enom account they'd get the money off that card as and when and that's where I went wrong. I basically still need to manually top it up.
