m8internet
From the email templates $invoice_html_contents Where can I find the HTML content that creates this? I want to amend this slightly so that the amount (total due) is on a separate line, as customers are complaining they are being charged for a configurable option, but it is actually the total due
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted April 10, 2012 WHMCS Developer Share Posted April 10, 2012 Hi, WHMCS will provide support for all users with a valid license. If your license is from a Reseller and you don't have access to the client area, you can contact us via http://www.whmcs.com/resellersupport It is not possible to provide support via the forums.

gbrennae
This is not likely something that is changeable. I searched inside all files for "invoice_html_contents" in my WHMCS installation and that variable isn't found in any un-encoded files. Therefore the assembly of the content contained within that variable and the assignment of the variable is not accessible. At least that is my take. Maybe support can help.
m8internet
I have had a response from WHMCS, but it has not resolved the issue They have suggested using a smarty code to search out specific text and then in turn add the <br> where required, but this in turn affects other text within the template as the same word appears several times... As I pointed out in the original request I need to place this at a specific place in the template, not after specific words Edited April 13, 2012 by m8internet
