Best Autounblock CSF Plugin?

I've used http://www.autounblock.com/ in the past but for some strange reason my client area and the addon's admin area shows these weird characters  when the plugin is activated. Even after a fresh install of the plugin.

 

What is the best AutoUnblock CSF plugin that others use?

 

I've seen some posts on this forum in regards to which ones to stay away from but which one's are others using successfully?

 

Here's are some of the features I am looking for:

 

1) If a customer is being blocked, a message and link should be provided as soon as they login to the client area alerting them of the block and giving them the ability to remove it.

 

2) Paid license, no leased licenses or recurring yearly fees.
