tsiedsma Posted March 28, 2012 Share Posted March 28, 2012 I am finding that every once in a while a customer cannot change their password because it won't accept the security question answer. I look at the profile and find the answer is blank. I then have to manually change the question to none. This shouldn't happen! I also have noticed that the process of verifying the security question answer is case sensitive.
