The template should be able to insert a smarty tag with logic that specifies it wants a random single review from X category of product/service. If no reviews exist in that category, the side box creates a form if logged on and they have one of those products in that category. The form will construct so that the review inserts for the product they own/use in that category. Every piece of work must render in xHTML 5.x and uses the template's stylesheet div layer ids.
