williamclair23 Posted March 27, 2012 Share Posted March 27, 2012 Hello everyone, Trying to figure out a good way to integrate services that I offer into WHMCS plus hosting bascially it'll be as follows: Service(web design mostly) + Hosting = 1 price The problem I've run into is if I connect the service product within whmcs to the hosting plan it will ask the customer their billing cycle... It's 1 year free so no need to ask.... So then I created a dummy hosting with a free price however I'm worried that when it comes time to renew it'll renew it as free(the hosting that is) Same would be said for if I tried to create the two as one product, it would overcharge because it would charge for the design and hosting on an annual basis.
