You will want to check and make sure that you've entered your server information properly, i.e. your cPanel/WHM reseller/server account access information. I believe that you're getting that error message because there actually is "No Account Found" Cheers

ezeuba
A friend of mine has this issue. I have been trying to help him out to no avail. The server config is ok: no password, only cpanel/whm username and hash, whm packages name configured with cpanel/whm username and underscore in front of package name exactly as it is in whm, but still get the no domain error. However he has one domain manually configured in whm but not available in WHMCS yet. Please any more ideas? Thanks.
