b0r3d
I'll keep it short. Pros: Easy as pie to install Easy as pie to upgrade Looks intimidating to use, it really isn't. Well displayed and easy to use. The newest paypal integration is awesome. You can control everything within WHMCS including refunds. Ability for addons (SolusVM for me) is a bonus hundreds to choose from. Easy to use (oh yeah thats twice now) Too much to list, it's just all round great Cons: Slower support response time. Not horrible times but in excess of 12 hours is too much. (For urgent tickets) I think adding "estimated response times to priorities" would be an awesome thing to add Nothing else. Suggestions/issues: Could use better order forms and a more "control panel" feel for client area. New V5 theme is great but itself could use some tweaking. Sometimes i'm noticing paypal sbscriptions not working properly needing manual input Even i disliked the V5 admin theme but it grows on you, still graphs are too large and hog real-estate When editing products or adding products i'd like to see a simple popup window (not a new window a java style or somthing) with my options so it's less page loading. Same goes for Configurable options and Addon options. A little easier *Back and forth* would be nice within the product area WHMCS needs a more DIRECT way to notify of security updates I find the monthly subscription is a tough pill to swallow but the buyout is amazingly priced. Renew support subscription annually and you're set. I have a monthly sub right now with no branding. I plan to pay for the owned license with no branding shortly. Overall, i've recommended WHMCS hundred times over to many people. I'll continue to recommend until the day development comes to a halt.
