Ticket no reply?

Hi, I have had a few tickets that seem to not get the customers reply, I gather they are sending via email, but may have created the ticket via the system and then replied by email, the system records it as replied however when viewing the ticket as admin I do not see the clients reply, I do get emailed it, but it doesn't end up able to view it via the database.

Possibilities that come to mind are:

 

1 sent to or bcc or cc to another address besides the support address?

 

2 The support email address is set up as well as piped? In that case the pipe might fail while it would still get delivered to the address inbox?
