This module will allow the admin to restrict the number of tickets client can create per month or per product.

 

You can assign each client particular number of tickets per month or else you can restrict tickets according to the product purchased.

 

Once they finish the ticket you can charger them of per ticket.

 

You can select what department they can email of free

 

Example:

You want to offer client A, 100 tickets per month and client B 10 tickets per month or You want to offer 100 tickets per month support to the client who have purchased Product A of value $100. Whereas you want to offer 10 tickets to the client who have purchased Product B of value $10
