backup-uk
Hi, I am hoping you can help me. I have WHMCS installed and running fine, versions is 5.0.3. Everything is working a treat, apart from one thing. When I try to create a new Knowledgebase article I can go into the screen, and after filling details in the text editor, I save and get a server 500 error. I think the problem is with the editor, as I cannot copy or highlight text in there, but I can edit. If I chose HTML editor also get the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas why, or how I can get around this, so I can create KB articles. Thanks in advance, Lee
HSc
Problem resolved so my reply is being deleted. Here's the explanation in case it can assist others: WHMCS Support originally suggested disabling mod_security What was done previously was a whitelisting of the rule in Mod Sec that was being tripped. An additional rule was found that was being tripped and whitelisted. Edited August 21, 2012 by HSc Problem resolved
