How to manually add orders created in WHMCS to cPanel

I have ahad a number of clients sign up their account in WHMCS was created & approved yet it didn't create their account in cPanel. IS there a way yo get it to create it in cPanel short of going to cpanel & creating it there? I really need to get such that when they sign up, that the process is seemless & they get their cpanel account set up.

BUT now I have them, & their orders, I don't want to cancel their order & start again. I tried the create/upgrade under the client profile but that gave an error that they were behind in payment? It is a free hosting account....

Please help.

Automated creation of accounts (provisioning) within cPanel/WHM is one of the main points of having WHMCS

See the documentation as there are many steps to complete this

Have you setup the WHM settings within WHMCS? (including the hash)

Have you copied across the packages from WHM into WHMCS?

Have you applied Servers to the products?

As for the existing accounts

Using upgrade / downgrade is not appropriate

Click on Orders then Pending Orders

Click on the Order Number, then scoll to the bottom of that order and submit the Accept Order tab

However if this fails, this may be due to the above being incomplete

All the settings are correct because other orders have gon through correctly. However there are a couple orders that did not. They got hung up. The orders have been accepted in WHMCS. So everything on the WHMCS side looks correct. I was wondering if there is a way to push the provisioning over.

Anywhere I could look for the order settings to be incomplete? The packages in WHMCS all look right.
